Cancellation & Payment Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation terms for each property are clearly displayed in the Booking Information section. Cancellation date and time is calculated based on local time at destination.
Prior to finalizing your reservation, you will be prompted to accept all listed terms and conditions in order to proceed with your booking.
- Non Refundable Rates: The entire amount of your booked non-refundable item(s) will be charged at time of reservation. No refund applies for - All Other Rates: Cancellations policy for each Pousada or hotel is indicated within the Booking Information section of your reservation. No refunds will be given for no shows.
- All cancellations must be made by email to cancelations@PousadasPortugal.com.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
The credit card on record will be charged for the entire stay within 30 days prior to arrival. However, if your reservation contains at least one non-refundable item(s), the value of said item(s) will be charged at time of booking.
The charge on your credit card statement will show Petrabax-PTB Hotels.
CURRENCY OPTION:
On the screen to your right, you have the option to be charged in Euros or US Dollars. Your rates will display in the currency you select and your credit card will be debited in the currency of your choice.
If your country currency is not Euros or US Dollars, the corresponding exchange rate to your country’s currency will be the responsibility of your credit card bank.
